Fondazione Flaminia da Filicaja

Foundation da Filicaja is a no-profit organization giving help to horses that have had "difficulties" with humans. We have actually over 60 horses and most of them have been despossed by the police from their previous owners due to mistreating or neglecting. We are the only rescue center for horses in Italy authorized by the Government and are currently running a national program of re-homing horses as soon as they are getting healthy. We are seeking for volunteers who would like to help us in the daily work with the horses, taking care that most of our guest are old or in very bad shape.
