Founded in 1989, the Association of Energy Services Professionals (AESP) is a member-based 501c3 nonprofit organization currently serving 5,500+ members in the United States and Canada through its headquarters organization and 12 Regional Chapters. AESP is dedicated to ensuring a sustainable and resilient energy future through educating the energy industry on how to effectively develop, deliver, and implement equitable customer-centric energy efficiency, distributed energy resources, and demand flexibility programs for the electric and gas sectors. AESP does this by delivering accredited educational courses, member-driven publications, conferences, and online collaboration tools, as well as through the growth of its regional chapters, topic committees, special interest groups, and networking events. AESP is a family-friendly workplace with a strong emphasis on work/life balance.
