The Ringer Center of Excellence

The Ringer Center of Excellence, Inc. (RCE) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3), that works with partners in recruitment, training, placement and mentoring for unemployed, disadvantaged individuals. Our goal is to assist in the self-development of the participants through guided instruction and counseling. The purpose of the organization is to enhance job skills while developing a more positive attitude towards life.

The training and mentoring that the participants receive fosters pride, dignity and self worth as well as marketable skills and good work ethics. RCE provides effective training, mentoring and structure that prepare our youth and adults for a competitive workforce while strengthening and supporting them in realizing their full potential.
