The National Coaching Fellows is a startup nonprofit based in Chicago, Illinois. Our mission is to recruit and train the nation's most promising young leaders to serve in high-needs schools as athletic coaches committed to the academic achievement, personal development, and athletic success of student-athletes. We are currently managing a pilot corps of 16 University of Chicago and Northwestern University students coaching approximately 300 students in eight schools.
