Expand Peru

Started in 1999, we are a group of friends with a desire to help. We work with volunteers from all around the world to create an organization that effectively makes a change in Huancayo, Peru, in the central highlands. We match each volunteer with the program best suited to their skills and objectives as a volunteer. We consider each volunteer and partner a key member of our Expand Peru family.

Expand Peru promotes international volunteering as a support mechanism for our different social, educational and medical assistance projects. International volunteers contribute directly to the comprehensive development of the neediest populations in Peru. It is serious and responsible work that guarantees beneficiaries, collaborators and international volunteers a high-impact experience.

International volunteers will have the opportunity to develop personally and professionally using their knowledge, abilities, skills and talents.

We promote international volunteer projects as a mechanism for cultural exchange that generates development and provides help to populations in need.

While you work with us you will have the opportunity to enjoy all the wonders that exist in Peru and especially in our Junín region. The work on the projects is 5 hours from Monday to Friday, so you will have every weekend to get to know many interesting and beautiful places.
