JA BizTown is JA of New Jersey’s newest two-pronged approach to financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and work readiness for 5th & 6th grade students. It begins in the classroom with several weeks of teacher-taught classroom lessons in financial literacy education, community & the economy, work readiness, and business management. Students explore careers, complete a job application, and will be assigned a job within our MetLife Foundation JA BizTown of New Jersey simulated mini-city
