The Society of St. Vincent de Paul, a Catholic lay organization of Santa Clara County, leads, supports and guides people to join together to serve the needy and to grow spiritually, in the tradition of its founder, Blessed Frederic Ozanam, and its patron, St. Vincent de Paul.
The Society's goals are to help the needy and impoverished residing in Santa Clara County. We assist with food, clothing, housing and utility expenses, and the basic needs. In short, we help families and individuals stay housed and together. We help all in need regardless of age, race, creed and sexual orientation. We do this through a network of conferences which work as local Parish groups.
Our volunteers are as diverse as our clients and work together to fulfill our mission of helping those in need.
