The mission of AventWest Children's Mentoring (AWCM) is to assist children and families in the AventWest community by providing education, mentoring, and resources. In order to fulfill this mission, there are two sites where students meet weekly to receive homework support, tutoring, nutritious meals or snacks, and other enrichment activities. Our goal is to provide students with the tools necessary to overcome obstacles they may face on their way to reaching their full potential.
The AventWest Children's Mentoring program operates under the aegis of AventWest Community Development Corporation.
