The New York City Poison Control Center (NYC PCC) provides treatment advice and information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Registered pharmacists and nurses certified in poison information answer calls from residents in New York City, Suffolk, Nassau and Westchester counties. All calls are free and confidential. Translator services are available in more than 150 languages. The NYC PCC provides poison prevention and community education programs throughout these areas.
