The Narrative Method is a California-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded by marriage and family therapist Shari Foos. Our mission is to create safe, supportive spaces for people to share and listen to each other's stories, be creative, and see the world in new ways. We believe that everyone deserves to feel seen, heard and accepted for who they really are.
