The Future Construction Leaders is dedicated to advancing programs focused on educating youth about career opportunities in the construction industry and encouraging them to pursue careers in this field.
Founded in 2014, Future Construction Leaders is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides opportunities for young people to investigate the many private and public construction career opportunities available.
From kindergarten to 12th grade, we offer hands-on, free programs that expose students to various trades and the corresponding seasoned professionals who can guide and coach them. Our programs are not just about learning the trades; they’re confidence boosters that inspire teamwork and problem-solving. In addition, we offer financial assistance through trade and collegiate scholarships to those continuing their education.
Working with the construction industry, we aim to dispel misconceptions about careers in construction and shatter stereotypes of who should work in the trades. We encourage students and their parents to revisit what a fulfilling career looks like.
