Family Service League, Inc.

Founded in 1881, Family Service League is a multi-faceted, social service organization that has served Essex County, NJ for 130 years. A 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, Family Service League provides counseling to individuals, couples, and families experiencing any number of symptoms and an internship and training program for Masters in Social Work candidates, a mentor program, and others. Operating within Family Service League is SAVE of Essex County, the County's designated rape crisis center.

SAVE provides a 24/7 hotline service to survivors of sexual assault and their families, accompanies survivors to hospitals, police stations, and court rooms, and provides outreach and prevention workshops and programs.
