The Kentucky Symphony Orchestra, now in its 30th season, was founded to open the door for a new audience to enjoy symphonic music. Offering a wide variety of of musical styles, KSO concerts appeal to a broader, younger market with high quality and value. Each concert program is fashioned around a theme to provide a context for the listener. 70% of the concerts are free to the public, and the highest ticket price is $ 35 for the remaining concerts. The KSO performs year round for approximately 30 concerts as part of their subscription, summer and education series.
