The Minnesota Land Trust is dedicated to permanently protecting the land and water resources that define Minnesota communities and enrich our quality of life.
We accomplish our work through the use of conservation easements, which are permanent legal restrictions that protect the conservation values of a piece of land.
The organization is a private non-profit, and was founded in 1991.
