Love Foundation exists to break cycles of poverty, trauma, and instability by meeting immediate needs while building pathways to long-term resilience. We provide children and families with essential resources, community support, and access to opportunities that foster stability, dignity, and hope. Love Foundation is a community-driven nonprofit dedicated to supporting children and families facing hardship across Lake, Geauga, and surrounding counties in Ohio. Our mission is rooted in compassion, connection, and the belief that every family deserves access to basic needs, stability, and the opportunity to thrive.

This program aims to address the root causes of hardship by working toward safe, stable housing and supportive resources for families experiencing situations such as domestic violence, homelessness, and financial crisis. Our goal is not only to meet urgent needs, but to create long-term solutions that empower families to rebuild and move forward.
