Friendship Connection is program designed to provide friendship to individuals with disabilities. We pair up a volunteer friend with a Friendship Connection participant according to interests and location. We hold monthly events in order to provide social activites for them to attend together. Relationship is so crucial in everyone's lives, but it proves to be quite a challange for some person's with disabilites to build a meaningful relationship.
Most times when volunteering, we do so in order to enhance others lives. With The Friendship Connection, I can almost guarantee that your life will be equally, if not more enriched.
