Pathways is a mentoring program that paves the way for children of incarcerated parents to connect with dedicated, caring adults, bridging the gaps in these children's lives, fostering relationships that promote positive behaviors, improved self-confidence, academic achievement, and interpersonal skills.
Mentors spend at least one hour a week with a child for at least six months. Pathways thoroughly screens and trains mentors before a match, and provides group activities and individual support for mentors and children throughout the year.
