Welcome to the Department of Justice Studies at San José State University! Our department includes degree programs in Justice Studies, Forensic Science, Human Rights, and Legal Studies, and is part of a College that encompasses a diverse array of departments. Our department has been able to work collaboratively with the School of Social Work, Department of Health Sciences, School of Nursing, Department of Kinesiology and the School of Journalism and Mass Communications on research, programmatic and teaching endeavors that promote justice in our communities.
