Heartland Hospice provides care to patients facing a terminal illness, as well as support for their families. We serve patients wherever they live, including private homes, nursing home and independent or assisted living facilities. The Ann Arbor, Michigan office serves patients throughout Livingston, Washtenaw, Wayne and Oakland Counties.
