Center for Child and Adolescent Mental Health

The Center for Child and Adolescent Mental Health in Soquel offers free monthly Parent Drop-In sessions where parents can ask questions and learn from a youth mental health expert. Parent Drop-Ins are free 1-hour sessions where parents can seek guidance from experts specializing in specific mental health disorders. Parents can also connect with others facing similar challenges. Clinical Psychologists who specialize in anxiety, depression, eating disorders, suicidality, and medication, and highly experienced experts will host each session. We need help distributing information to schools, pediatricians, orthodontists, and other place parents need access to mental health support for their kids.
