MIKE Program

MIKE delivers mentored health education for high school students to address the increasing impact of adverse health outcomes and health disparities. Our work is often focused in communities of color, lower-income areas, and in rural populations.

We have long recognized how health disparities affect individuals and their communities—and how those outcomes impact our society. By equipping young people with the knowledge, skills and confidence to lead healthier lives, we can steer those trends toward more positive outcomes.

MIKE's mission is to educate and mentor underserved students to lead healthy lives personally, in their school community, and beyond.
