The Liberal Arts MBA program prepares students to successfully lead and manage in a variety of organizational settings and endeavors. Each course in the program presents the relevant components of an effective business plan, so that upon completion of the MBA, each student will have prepared an individualized, comprehensive business plan. With an emphasis on global awareness and social responsibility, the program aims to leverage the skills and knowledge developed at the undergraduate level to create entrepreneurial business professionals.

The Liberal Arts MBA is a program of study designed specifically for students with an undergraduate degree in a non-business discipline. The objective of the program is to provide students with an analytical tool kit for management, including concepts and principles from the fundamental business disciplines. Students will develop skills in using these tools in an entrepreneurial problem-solving environment to enhance their ability to make and carry out managerial decisions. Each student will graduate with the core knowledge and skills to be successful in any organization: business, nonprofit, or public service.
