FORGET ME NOT FUND INC

The Forget Me Not Fall Fashion show was started by the Wolf River Dementia Network in 2007 as a fundraising effort to support the Greater Wisconsin Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association educational conferences. With continued hard work and support from volunteers and local businesses, the event has continued to grow, giving even greater opportunity for donation and support.

In September 2016 we became the Forget Me Not Fund, Inc. and was approved as a charitable section 501 (c)(3). Forget Me Not Fund, Inc. currently supports Northeastern Wisconsin causes that are dedicated to educating caregivers, along with sponsoring training events and memory cafes for families touched by Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.

With a focus on Oconto, Shawano, Stockbridge Munsee, and Menominee Tribal Communities, we are able to provide local education and awareness while continuing to generously support the Greater Wisconsin Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association.
