Identify strategic ways to deepen academic programs’ impact and broaden scope by driving success in professional development of teams, operational effectiveness, relationship cultivation, fund raising, and program management / growth. Creation of community networks to achieve administrative goals, particularly literacy enhancement and community building. Culturally competent; experience with populations facing various challenges including Immigrant, native, homeless, youth and special needs populations. Foster trust within collaborative partnerships. Strong fiscal and P&L management ($350,000 – Six Mil). Functionally Bilingual: English and Spanish.
