Federation Early Learning Services (F.E.L.S.) is a community agency under Jewish auspices that provides child care and early learning experiences for children of all income levels, primarily for children whose parents are working, or enrolled in school or training programs. The agency fosters the growth and development of children through nurturing care and age appropriate educational, social and recreational experiences and strengthens family life through counseling and group services. F.E.L.S. promotes Jewish identity through a Jewish curriculum, educational experiences for the children and programs for parents and families.
