FCSL is a non-profit youth development organization that utilizes soccer as a vehicle for academic achievement, improved health, and positive youth development through asset-building. FCSL serves over five hundred urban youth ages 3-17 in the city of Rochester, NY and provides a wide-range of programs in addition to soccer for it's participants.
