The mission and purpose of Changing Turn Community Outreach Services is to serve at risk youth and youths, adults and their families in Maryland with mental health issues, desiring to fulfill their overall need for education, community support, job placement and social skill building to better help them be productive citizens in their communities,homes and schools. We are currently serving over 1800 people in our community and trying to double our population
