Founders of Asian Festival
Dr. Steve Kaplan, President of Asian Festival, non profit 501 c (3) and Winnie Kho Kaplan, Honorary Consul of Malaysia in Arizona are committed to communities and local business engagement. They are driven to establish a strong local network, engaging and building relationships with leaders, businesses and governments. They had organized Asian Festival 2022 partnering with the City of Mesa to unveil the Asian District signage and Culture Night 2023 promoting Asian District and celebrating Lunar New Year. The Festival was an eye-catching tourist attraction, positively impacting the city economically by generating revenue. It was a great success and attracted more than 30,000 attendees.
Workshops - Learn arts, music and Human Flow Art Juggling for health Body and Mind.
20 Food Trucks, 30 Food Street Stalls 200 vendors, diverse cultural performances and Lions Dance.
