JustArts Gallery works in partnership with artists confined to carceral institutions across the country —representing their work and co-creating exhibitions and programs that amplify their voices. In addition to showing and selling their work, JustArts assists the artists we proudly represent in identifying other avenues for sharing their artwork and stories, always prioritizing their sense of agency, dignity, and worth when forging connections. Artists maintain full ownership of their work and decide how they want to utilize income from sales. By collaborating with, centering, and celebrating these exceptionally talented and driven artists we embrace active resistance, healing, and a pathway to human connection.

JustArts Gallery is a space for liberatory ideas and honors the vital role art plays in imagining and building a more just and loving world.

JustArts Gallery opened in March 2025. Rooted in a deep belief in the power of creative expression to fuel change, JustArts exists to foster human connection, challenge harmful narratives and systems, and elevate the creative voices of artists who are courageously resisting carceral silencing. Through exhibitions, workshops, consulting services, and collaborative projects, we cultivate spaces where creativity, trust, care, and integrity drive lasting change.

Our work is informed by close partnerships with directly impacted artists across the country. Their expertise, self-determination, and imagination are central to everything we do.
