Ikamva Labantu

Ikamva Labantu ("the future of our nation") is a community based, non-profit organization that seeks to redress the damages of Apartheid and support the budding South African democracy, by providing educational means, economic empowerment and self-sufficiency to South Africa's township communities. Working in partnership, Ikamva Labantu's multicultural staff trains community members to assume leadership roles, by giving them an opportunity to be responsible for the successful implementation of their jointly created social services programs. Friends of Ikamva Labantu is a US based entity that seeks to support Ikamva Labantu’s acitivies.
