Tri-City Educators UniServ (TCEU) represents two medium sized California Teachers Association (CTA) Chapters, the Downey Education Association (DEA) with 1088 members and the Teachers Association of the Norwalk-La Mirada Area (TANLA) with 995 members. Members are distributed at over fifty school sites in the Downey Unified School District and the Norwalk-La Mirada Unified School District. Most School sites are within a 15 minute drive of the TCEU office. TCEU is housed in an office that employs a fulltime Executive Director and also serves as the office for both local chapter presidents.
