Launched in 2012, Horizon Education Alliance (HEA) is a non-profit organization created by education, business, and community leaders in Elkhart County, Ind.
HEA is building a system for providing world-class education and training to every person in Elkhart County to equip them for a lifetime of well-being and meaningful work. Everyone here will have the practical, emotional, and social skills to thrive as the nature of work changes.
We engage people in county-wide, hands-on collaboration and connection to drive bold innovation and big outcomes — cultivating a shared sense of ownership and responsibility for our future.
Together, we’re doing it right: We’re using data to build deep understanding of what works, sharing the learning, and replicating successes across the county.
