Helping Each And Every Lady Survive (HEELS)

We exist to encourage and edify every woman in need of speaking to someone about any hardship they are facing. For free, we hold one-on-one/family counseling sessions, peer mediation, counseling over the phone, through email or text, and provide prevented tools to build up the Sisterhood to know we are Overcomers and we are never alone in facing life's trials and tribulations.
