ECQ Group, Inc.

ECQ Group Inc. (Excellence.Community.Quality.or ECQ) is a woman-run, minority, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization founded in 2003 that provides practical, hands-on management services to organizations in the not-for-profit sector. ECQ is a specialized group practice focused on helping nonprofit agencies, especially minority, community, community-based and faith-based HIV/AIDS service organizations, create and maintain effective, quality programs and services in the face of limited and often targeted resources. To date, our comprehensive management support, technical assistance, and capacity building services have benefited over 100 organizations. In New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, our services have impacted thousands of underserved individuals, including persons with special needs, racial/ethnic/cultural minorities, women, youth, immigrants, lesbian/gay/bisexual/transgender, persons living with HIV or AIDS, and recently incarcerated individuals, in a positive manner.

Our mission is to help nonprofit organizations develop, strengthen and sustain their programs and services through the provision of comprehensive management support, technical assistance and capacity building services, and training.
