Rafiki Initiative Organization

Rafiki Initiative Organization is a nonprofit based in Tanzania, committed to empowering underserved communities through education, healthcare, youth development, and sustainable livelihoods. Founded in 2025, our mission is to support vulnerable children and families by offering free daycare, youth training, women empowerment, and health outreach programs. We run a daycare center that serves over 80 children, provide youth with life skills, promote women’s entrepreneurship, and engage in health education for marginalized communities. Our work is rooted in compassion, inclusion, and local partnership. We welcome international volunteers to join us in teaching, mentoring, community development, and cultural exchange.
