Shalem's mission is to nurture contemplative living and leadership: attentive, discerning, prayerful and responsive to God's leadings and invitations.
Shalem serves those who seek spiritual deepening in all of life. We welcome individuals wherever they are on the path of spiritual discovery.
Drawing participants both nationally and internationally, Shalem offers in-depth, transformational programs which support the ministries of spiritual guidance, small group and retreat leadership, congregational leadership, and for personal spiritual deepening. Shalem's programs are ecumenical, rooted in Christian tradition but open to the wisdom of other faith traditions.
