For nearly a quarter of a century City in Focus, under the leadership of Tom Cooper, has been silently serving Vancouver, helping to meet people’s material and spiritual needs. City in Focus has been a convener of diverse individuals and organizations, advancing ideas, impulses and strategies that increase the real and visible presence of Jesus Christ in Metro Vancouver.
At the heart of City in Focus has always been chaplaincy work – Chaplains meeting one-on-one, building relationships with business and political leaders in the city, and, sharing in others’ personal needs, crises, joys and successes.
CIF has created a safe place for people to meet resulting in the manifestation of many programs and initiatives.
