Essential Access Health (Essential Access) is a nonprofit organization that champions and promotes quality sexual + reproductive health care for all.

Essential Access Health achieves its mission through an umbrella of services including clinic support initiatives, advanced clinical research, provider training, patient education, advocacy and consumer awareness. As the administrator of California’s Title X (ten) federal family planning program – the nation’s largest and most diverse Title X system - Essential Access funds family planning and reproductive health services for low-income and uninsured clients through nearly 70 health care organizations collectively operating nearly 340 health centers serving over one million women, men and teens each year in 37 of California’s 58 counties. Essential Access’ Title X provider network includes a broad spectrum of providers including federally qualified health centers (FQHCs), city and county health departments, stand alone family planning health centers, school-based clinics and community or free clinics.
