Hilltop is a dynamic non-profit organization dedicated to meeting the needs in the communities we serve. Our mission statement is "leading through action to make a difference for people of all ages." Hilltop's community based programs span prenatal care to assisted living for seniors, while providing comprehensive, compassionate, and responsive service to all. Hilltop serves thousands of people annually in Western Colorado's Mesa, Delta, Montrose, and Ouray counties. Our mission is reflective of what we strive to accomplish each day and our values guide our day-to-day decisions.
