Rural Smiles Foundation is a Ugandan nonprofit working to advance health rights, digital freedom, economic empowerment, social inclusion, and sustainable development in rural communities. We collaborate with communities, civil society organizations, and local institutions to address barriers that limit access to services, opportunities, and civic participation.
