Optimist Youth Homes, a not-for-profit organization since 1906, is one of the largest multi-program behavior health agencies in the state of California. Our mission is to provide culturally sensitive comprehensive treatment, specialized education and support services to abused, neglected, or at-risk children, youth and their families.
