Team of Stars (TOS), a program of Project Change, fosters youth development through the performing arts in after-school and summer camp programs for low income middle-school youth. The production, writing, analysis and performance of musical theater works are the basis for the development of self-efficacy skills that enable a youth to choose a positive path throughout his/her lifetime.
