Free Law Project is the leading nonprofit using software and data to make the legal ecosystem more equitable and competitive.
To achieve this mission, we host the CourtListener.com website, the RECAP browser extensions, and a number of other tools and data sources.
Our website is one of the biggest open legal data sites in the world, with hundreds of millions of items, and thousands of daily users. We get about 1,000 new incoming links or our site per day, and we share about 500,000 downloads per weekday.
