  • Misión

To solve the tragedy of death among Veterans experiencing homelessness.

    Acerca de

FOB Hope began in 2015 as the result of founder, Monique Brown performing outreach to veterans without homes and realizing some who raised their right hand and swore to support and defend the Constitution of the United States of America were not only homeless, but were dying on the street because they did not have the proper items to survive the weather elements in Washington State. These veterans did not want to go to shelter (and for good reason). FOB Hope has grown over the years and we now have three programs: Outreach, Re-Entry, and Training and Coordination. We have a contract with the Washington State Department of Veterans Affairs for our Training and Coordination program. We have been honored by the Seattle Seahawks as Nonprofit of the Month last November and our founder was recognized for Black History Month. We were selected to be a member of Task Force Twelve. This is a group of twelve nonprofits selected by the Seahawks to work together on veterans issues. Our founder has been recognized in written as well as televised news. We have helped hundreds of veterans over these past five years and are ready to expand to do more.
