The Floured Apron is a non-profit social enterprise bakery training program that provides food service and life skills training along with one-to-one mentoring and job placement assistance to low-income women. We empower capable, motivated women with the tools they need to achieve sustainable economic stability for themselves and their families through the launching of a new career path in the culinary industry.
