MR. DON SADOFSKY FOUNDATION FOR MUSIC EDUCATION

The Mr. Don Sadofsky Foundation for Music Education is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to expanding equitable access to high-quality music education, live performance, and career-connected opportunities. Through tuition-free out-of-school-time instruction, community performances, instrument access, mentorship, and partnerships with schools, universities, professional musicians, and the Chicago Park District, the Foundation removes financial and structural barriers to participation in the performing arts. Our work uses music to strengthen communities, create meaningful educational experiences, and connect Chicago students and families with the cultural resources of their city.
