Michigan Pet Alliance

Michigan Pet Alliance's mission is to work in collaboration and to speak with one voice to eliminate abuse and neglect of Michigan’s companion animals and to improve the lives of companion animals through training, technical assistance, education and advocacy.

Michigan Pet Alliance (MPA) is a nonprofit association of Michigan’s animal welfare organizations, businesses and pet owners. We work together to ensure every Michigan animal shelter, foster-based rescue and animal welfare organization providing services to companion animals operates using industry best practices. Uniting our voices, we speak for those who cannot speak for themselves to create state and local laws that improve care and eliminate animal cruelty.
