Spanish Speaking Elderly Council

The Spanish Speaking Elderly Council - RACIES responds to the unmet needs of Hispanic, African American and low income families and seeks to improve their quality of life through advocacy and the direct provision of linguistic and culturally appropriate services to adults, with a particular emphasis on the needs of older adults.

The organizaton currently operates eight direct service sites in Brooklyn and Queens, New York. This includes six senior centers, a case management program and an outpatient licensed mental health clinic.
