Founded in 1949 by the American Academy of Arts & Sciences and a group of science educators, MSEF has advanced science literacy and inspired new generations of science and engineering leaders for over six decades. MSEF supports schools and empowers teachers through science fair programs in which students experience first-hand the professional practices of scientists and engineers.
