St. Joseph’s Family Centers is a 90 day– 6 month shelter for families experiencing homelessness. All families are provided with a private room, 3 meals a day and snacks, and have access to the many services offered throughout their stay. The ultimate goal of the center is to develop a plan with families to increase their income, clear up debt, save money, and explore, as well as secure permanent housing options. Staff at St. Joseph’s work with families from a humanistic culturally sensitive approach, and embraces families of all races, ethnicities, sexual orientations, disabilities, and languages. St. Joseph’s staff strives to provide a serene and friendly environment where families can heal, recover, and re-establish themselves in the community through support services and housing.
